Q3 real estate sales report: Bithlo

Median prices rose in Bithlo over last year, and are up 47.8 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 37 homes sold in Bithlo for a median price of $268,000. That's 0.1 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, 5 homes in Bithlo were in foreclosure.

Median property tax for homeowners in Bithlo was $3,366.94 in 2015 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 1.4 percent of their home's value in taxes.
